Born and raised in the Philippines, Chef Jed discovered his passion for cooking through family gatherings, where food was always at the heart of every celebration. As he traveled across the country, he developed a deeper appreciation for the rich flavors and traditions of Filipino cuisine.

After studying Culinary Arts, Jed gained professional experience in the United States and Canada, working in high-end restaurants and refining his skills across a variety of cuisines—including at an Ontario restaurant that has since earned two Michelin Stars.

In 2020, he founded KUSINERO to share his love for authentic Filipino cuisine while offering personalized culinary experiences. Today, Chef Jed provides weekly meal prep, private dining, catering, and pop-up events across Toronto, creating fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals tailored to each client's needs.
